Program description. Interstate Freight Corp operates a conversational SMS program used to respond to quote requests, coordinate freight, and answer inquiries. Messages may include quote responses, pickup and delivery updates, appointment confirmations, and replies to questions you send us.

You agree to receive SMS messages from Interstate Freight Corp when you check the consent box on a form on this website, text us first, or otherwise give us your mobile number and permission to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You represent that the mobile number you provide belongs to you and that you are authorized to consent for that number.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity with us, such as an open quote request or a shipment in progress.

Actual transportation services are governed by the applicable rate confirmation, broker or shipper agreement, and bill of lading, and by federal regulations that apply to motor carriers. If there is a conflict between those documents and these Terms, those documents control for the shipment.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or another person's contact details without permission.
• Use automated systems to scrape, overload, or disrupt the website or our forms.
